The commitment to research of techniques to protect foodstuffs and production environments of the food industry and the precision of the experimental methods allow LEAA to design and conduct, among others, Filth tests, specific Studies on processes, plants and environments as well as tests regarding the resistance of the packaging against an attack by pests.
